If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask for at least a 48 hour notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee, equal to 50% of the price of services booked. If you do not show up to a reserved appointment, you are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the price of services booked, as well as risking your ability to be serviced by me in the future. I offer a 15 minute grace period, this could still affect the service you are requesting, but after 15 minutes, have the right to cancel your appointment, as well as charge any necessary fees. I am extremely understanding. Things happen, we are all human! I just ask that you respect my time and my business, by simply messaging me for any questions about your appointments.
